100% renewable

The very existence of this centuries-old fortified farm is linked to its environment.
This place was known as a refuge in times of need where one could find water and bread, thanks to its oven and field.
The estate is fed by a thousand-year-old underground river.
drawing its origin directly from the Fontaine de Vaucluse.
The surrounding woods provided enough fuel for heating. Today, pellets have replaced logs and power a modern boiler.
In the past, the wind powered a wind turbine, which has now been replaced by solar panels. And when the sun is unlucky in Provence, a generator takes over for a few hours to recharge the batteries.
All this equipment allows the property to be completely self-sufficient and almost exclusively powered by renewable energy.
The only estate in the region reaching this level of environmental standards.
